Working on

• Primary focus: founding a stealth-mode start-up. Building for engineering leaders navigating AI-native delivery. More soon.
• Running two live products through Cordage & Co Ltd: Ingrain and World Wide Pride Guide, on the AI-native delivery workflows I’m packaging into an engagement for other software teams. What I ship there turns straight into how I work with clients here.
• Working with a handful of fractional CTO, advisory, and mentoring clients around the start-up, capped intentionally low so the day job stays the day job.

Learning

• Where AI-assisted development actually earns its keep vs. where it just makes plausible-looking mess faster.
• Product design without a designer: designing product surfaces well enough to ship them alone.
